Replied by felgate on topic asking for a reconcideration?
ah right so send in a letter on its own asking for reconcideration then wait for the decision.
if not successful send in a gl24 appeal after getting notification that the reconcideration
was not a success.id rather do it this way as i feel ive got a good chance at reconcideration as
they have not seen my esa50 or doctors support letter

Or lodge an appeal and they will do both

Our ESA Appeals guide covers appealing a Fit for Work Decision and to be placed in the Support Group from the WRAG, however, in both cases you need to show that you meet the descriptors for the group you think you should be in, which of course should be supported where possible by the evidence you have available.
Having looked over your old posts I am a bit confused, two weeks ago you posted that you had just received an ESA50, now you have been placed in the WRAG without having returned your ESA50 or attending an ATOS assessment, is this the case?
