Have just realised that I've had nothing back from the SAR in regard to ESA except Medical report done by Atos SAR was sent about 8 weeks ago how do I chase this up please?

The first thing to do is to contact the DWP office that you sent the request to, depending on their answer, you can then make a complaint to the Information Commissioner.
