referral to clinic was created by chunkie
hi im currently waiting for my tribunal date to come through, I sent off my form to confirm that id still like a tribunal on the 5/3/13, I then received a referral to a community spinal clinic dated at the beginning of april as an outpatient, thing is I cant remember being told I was going to be referred to this specifically, as i have so many appointments and referrals, and I am now wondering if the dwp have referred me to this as some sort of check up before the tribunal date? has anyone had something like this before in relation to a tribunal? or is it just an atos medical and then the tribunal that follows not sure if im working myself up over nothing, thanks

No, I think the chances of this being arranged by the tribunal service are somewhere around zero. I wouldn't expect you to have an ATOS assessment at this stage either. Sometimes the tribunal service do ask for one but that is not common and they would tell you if that was the case.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems
