I think it unlikely, but the only way you will know is to check the terms and conditions of the pension, this is not something we can help you with as they are unique to you.

You haven't made it clear whether it is the DWP, or your company pension provider who have asked you to attend a medical, although it appears to me to be the DWP.
If I'm correct, then a DWP medical should have no bearing on your occupational pension. They use their own criteria and employ their own medical assessors.
