Hi Bro

I decided to send the evidence to the decision maker based on previous experience. My last medical was pre Atos I sent in the forms and medical evidence then I was found fully fit for work.

Turned out that they lost 150 pages of medical evidence, claimed they never had it until I produced a special delivery receipt, after that everything went direct to the people dealing with it.

Well done for that Basil,

The main thing is that you have been successful, on the negative side, no Hotel for ATOS rejects in Devon now !!!!

Well done, Fawlty. Though it doesn't quite seem right to congratulate someone who has had it confirmed by a government agency that they are too sick/disabled to even consider activities to enhance employment opportunities, I am pleased you got the result you deserved.

Also, thank you for the advice re duplicating documents to send to both ATOS and DWP. Reading and learning from the B&W forum nothing should surprise us about the errors and incompetence, or, if cynically minded, the devious tactics of these agencies.

However, like yourself, I did find an individual at DWP who was like a beacon of hope that not all are against us, and they are also struggling to operate in a flawed system.

Finally, to all members, Fawlty's success is more evidence that if you really believe you have not been given the award your condition, and the effects of that condition merits then you should not give up. Use the guides, the excellent advice from the moderators, and the experiences of members to pursue what is rightfully yours.

Best wishes
