i am in esa support group and have recently recieved esa50 form. very little about my condition has changed since i last filled in an esa50. i still have a photocopy of the last form i filled in, complete with my answers from that time. i also have a copy of the notes i appended to the form. reading them back now i am struck by (1.) how little has changed, and (2.) i can't think of better wording to use this time. i presume it would be a bad idea to copy them out verbatim onto the new esa50 form?

Have a look through your old ESA50 and make any changes needed to bring it up to date. Then you can use this information for the new form. Don't forget that some of the rules changed slightly this year.
