I have photographs of the damage to my legs when I have fallen and how there is muscle wastage. The HCP at the WCA refused to accept them, and the welfare worker who helped me submit my appeal pack didn't include them. They are not date stamped but I have endorsed the rear with the dates they were taken. Is it worth sending them to the tribunal. also thanks Mrs Hurtyback.

Yes, you should send in anything that you think will be helpful.

Hi RG,

I see from your post that you had your WCA and subsequently appealed the decision over 10 months ago. I had my failed WCA and appealed over eight months ago. I have yet to hear anything further from the DWP, apart from an acknowledgement of my appeal, and I was wondering how long you had to wait before hearing from them about the automatic Reconsideration and subsequent referral to the Tribunal Service? Whatever, I hope you get a date soon.

Thanks.

It was before the rule change Spridget, I had to ask them to look at application and WCA results again, it wasn't done automatically It wasn't too long after that. The decision maker just endorsed the findings of the WCA still 0 points. I had included a letter setting out the lies and wrong assumptions the HCP. Fat lot of good it did. I noticed that they had highlighted the fact I stated I was being driven to the point of suicide, but it made no difference.
