I am having difficulty making sense of Atos

So fed up now. After contacting Atos Wednesday , being told 4 different things by 3 different people , I feel like giving up .

Yes, you did read the above right. One Atos person phoned me and asked me whom my GP was.. They had sent the form to an old GP ??

I phoned to check what the first one had said , to be told they had received the report/ form back form my GP

3 rd person told me ' they had not received the forms/report back , but not to worry they were using my support letter to make a decision

3rd person again told me No we do not have any reports back and we will not be using support letters.

Received a letter today cancelling my Medical tomorrow . Telling me they had received more information and I do not need to attend medical...... Phoned up to make sure and they have NOT received my Gp report and were only temporary cancelling it .

I just cant believe the past 3 days

Unfortunately it was Atos , I have an email of apology and telling me that because I was given the wrong advice on 3 occasions I now have 1 person that will deal with me.

Re GP , I had to go there today as all this stress in getting to me ( he thinks I have Angina because of stress). He phoned me tonight to say the form had been faxed to him. He went through the form with me.

At least he is against me having to attend the medical on health grounds
