return to work qualification was created by alisif
Hi there - just posting to see if anyone is clear as to whether the esa appeal period counts as a qualifying type of payment re return to work incentive payments if one has been in the WRAG group immediately before.
Its stated that one needs to be in receipt of esa immediatley before applying (re going self-employed) which has been the case for 21/2 years - but being in the wrag group Im being encouraged to go down the s/e route as can work on providing IT services at home - which I have done before.
Very best wishes Alisif

As far as I know you have to actually be in the WRAG, see
