esa tribunal was created by kazza
hi , i have just prepared and sent off my extra information , doctors records , letters from doctors and letters from friends explaining my condition , i have been signed off by the doctor for stress anxiety , panic attacks and depression , i will be taking my friend to the tribunal , who has pretty good knowledge of how ATOS treat people and knows a lot about the medical profession . Would it be advisable to also get an advocate , through MIND .. CAB or any other association that any one knows or will my friend be enough ... thank you

It is always worth getting representation if you can, but you may struggle now that Legal Aid has been effectively withdrawn and you are already well into the appeal process, but it is still worth trying.
Where to get advice?
Failing that it is always worth having someone at the hearing with you, but do not expect your friend to be able to make any significant contribution to the proceedings as the vast majority of questions will be directed at you.
You might want to have a look at the following
