DLA Form. was created by aurorablues
I've typed everything out for the information boxes in word for my DLA form, as it's easier then writing it out and then copying it to the form.
Do you think it would be ok to print the information out, cut them out and stick them on top of the designated description boxes instead of writing it all out by hand?
Cheers,
Aurorablues.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

I see no reason why you shouldn't do that if it is easier for you.

Hi Ab
If you wish to use the Word Docs, you could do this by numbering each page, e.g. 1 of 5, 2 of 5, 3 of 5, etc etc, putting your name, NI Number, and DOB at the top of each extra Word Doc, then writing in the corresponding section on the DLA Claim Form, please see information at page xx of xx, etc, etc.
You could then attach the added Word Doc pages to the DLA Form.
See : Sending Documents to the DWP or ATOS
There is an Interactive DLA Claim Form download here, if it corresponds to the DLA form that you have.
I do believe that there have been some issues with the use of this, depending on which Internet Browser that you have on your P.C.

May be worth having a look.
