Regards to the online DLA form. I'm doing a renewal, i think the online DLA form is only for new claims? I've also heard there are lots of issues with this too. Some people saying it can't be saved etc.

I was first awarded DLA in 2003, and after the first application where I had help from the CAB, my renewals were all typed using Word - the good thing I found was that every time I had to complete a renewal, I could edit the saved Word doc to suit my situation at that time!
You can get so much more information on a page by doing it this way, and it's very easy to read. It would have taken me months to complete it by handwriting!
In 2008 I was awarded DLA indefinitely and as I am over 65, I am hoping I don't have to complete another form, but.......I'm not holding my breath that things may change in the future!
