Hi a,
Welcome to Benefits and Work
As it seems that you have been found fit for work after a face to face assessment, if you wish to appeal the decision, and receive the Assessment Rate of ESA whilst doing so, you must submit an appeal using GL24 within one month of the date of the letter.
You can download a GL24 from the link on page. (you only have to print off from around page 20 onwards) :
How to submit an appeal
As well as submitting the GL24, you must also obtain a "Sick Note"/ "Fit Note" from your G.P. to cover you from the date of the fit for work decision.
You should send the Fit Note with The GL24, and keep copies of both.
Sending Documents to the DWP or ATOS

You may also wish to request a copy of The ESA85 Medical Report from your face to face, to get some idea of why you failed to gain the minimum 15 points required for The WRAG. There should also be an LT54.
This can be done over the phone, but if you have any trouble obtaining them, you can issue a SAR.
