hi, please could you tell me what this means "decision makers are advised to discuss with the departments medical services provider if necessary, this is what it says when I looked up one of my conditions hope it isn't anything to worry about

In addition to the assessment services that they provide., ATOS also provide onsite medical services to DWP Decision Makers, it sounds as if the advice for your condition(s) is complicated and a Decision Maker would need to consult with an ATOS doctor to properly evaluate your claim.

I was born with a rare condition not much is known about it ,I did enclose some information with my form, hopefully nothing to worry about,
