Hello, I am now in the Support Group of ESA and want to do Permitted Work because my therapist believes this helps my condition. I was in WRAG last year and did permitted work for a year but have now been moved to the Support Group. I want to do gardening for nearby neighbours this year and my girlfriend will help me from time to time when I am struggling with my health. Please can you clarify that there is no 52 week restriction if I am now in the Support Group and earn less then £98 per week. Should I still be able to do permitted work even though I did it last year (because I am now in the support group.) Many Thanks.
