I had my ATOS meeting 2 weeks ago any have got support group until December. My GP forwarded me to my local mental health service as I am suffering from trauma. They want me to have counselling which I do not want to do as I've had it before and I'd nothing. If I refuse will it o against my case when I have to apply again in December.

I would not worry about it, the DWP would have to show that any such treatment "would be likely to remove the limitation on the claimant’s capability for work", which would be impossible to predict, especially with something like counselling.
