ESA85A/LT54 meaning of the law was created by cbrad
have received copy of esa85a/lt54 after being put into support group for 2 years without medical.

can someone please explain what the following on the lt54 means please:

The Law

ESA regulations 2010, regs 5,6,7,13 and 14 schedule 1

welfare reform act 2007, section 1 ESA regulations 2008, regs 19 and 34 and schedules 2 and 3

with many thanks to any replies.

Hi cb,

Pretty vague really.

Regs 19 & 34 are a determination that you have LCW (WRAG) & (LCWRA) SG, respectively.

Schedules 2 & 3 are The WRAG & SG Descriptors respectively.

So it does not give detail of which particular descriptors you qualified under.

It is detailing the legislation under which your claim for ESA claim was decided.

I assume this was a transfer from another benefit.

It references the Regulations and Descriptors under which the assessment was carried out for both the WRAG and the Support Group.

thanks for reply and yes that's what I thought that I don't know what descriptors I have got in with.

well I will leave well alone now and hopefully have 2 years of peace, a lot could change in next two years come next review date.
