These interviews can be generated randomly, or as the result of a information received.
This could be in the form of an anonymous phone call or letter.
If you have trouble getting to the office for the appointment, you may be able to phone up and try and get it done in your home.
You may also be able to gain further information as to why the interview has been arranged.
