Hi,

I can't really offer any meaningful advice regarding the reasons for The DWP's missed calls.

You would have to contact them to find out.

With regards to changing your username, just copy the address below into your e-mail :

tech@ benefitsandwork.co.uk

(no gap between @ and benefits)

and follow the instructions on this FAQ :

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

Hi,

DWP DM's do sometimes contact claimant's by phone if they are considering finding the claimant fit for work, to see whether the claimant can offer any further evidence to change the DM's mind.

We have also heard from members where they are contacted by phone with good news regarding a decision, or simply to state that a decision has be made, and is in the post.

It could be something totally different.

As I said, too many variables to offer any definitive advice.
