Who to contact for letter of confirmation

Hi just a quick question, as some might be aware I was moved by the support group recently from WRAG by the decision maker, he was actually very helpful.

When I was phoned by the DM he said that the decision had been over ruled and I had been moved to the Support Group and that I would get it all in writing, that was also confirmed by Jobcentre Plus and they said it would have the 3 years on it.

I got the letter Tuesday informing me but there was nothing about the 36 months in the letter and I would prefer it in writing rather than verbally.

Do I write to the DWP, DM or Jobcentre to ask if I can have it in writing or do I have to fill a form in or do a SAR?

The length of the award is not fixed, does not form part of the decision and is not included on the decision letter. In theory, the ESA can be reassessed at any time from 3 months to 3 years after the decision. In practice, the DWP usually adhere pretty closely to the 'prognosis' which you will be able to find put by phoning DWP or writing and asking for the paperwork. If you want everything relating to this claim then you should issue an SAR request.

Was just wondering as they told me the 36 months would be shown on the paperwork I got so just wondered why it wasn't, still the DM told me and the Jobcentre questioned it so I told them to look at it on the computer and they said Oh it's on the main system now showing 36 months then apologised for bothering me.
