When And Where To Send DLA Appeal Evidence?

I know the question has been asked before, but this is a matter of when and where to send to meet a deadline.
The DLA Appeal Guide, on page 8, says that, since November 2008, there is a one month time limit from receiving the bundle from the DWP, in which to send in evidence.
Do I send this evidence to the DWP ( I have not yet received anything from the Tribunals Service ), or should I wait until I receive acknowledgement of my appeal from the Tribunals Service, and then send the evidence to them?
Many Thanks,
YT

Wherever possible claimants should send their submission and any evidence to the Tribunal Service within the one month normally allowed, however, the TS will still accept submission up to about 2 weeks before a hearing.
Once your claim is with the TS, which I assume to be the case from your post, they will handle the distribution of any papers to all parties.

You are correct; the claim is with the TS, but I have yet to receive anything from them. I shall wait for acknowledgement from them, and send the evidence to them. I was wary of falling foul of the limit if I waited until they contacted me.

There should have been a "Tribunal Service Enquiry Form" and a covering letter with the evidence pack, this needs to be returned within 14 days.
After that, if I remember rightly you will receive a letter with an expected Tribunal date, and then no less than two weeks before any hearing, a letter with the date of your hearing.

Thanks, Gordon,
The bundle was sent to me by the DWP. I've had no Enquiry Form as yet. I'll hang on until I receive it.
