Please help incapacity benefit

I have been on I.B for the last 15 years. Firstly my problem is simply,,I am afraid of people,,never get no visitors,,dont want them, not even from family,,dont attend any functions,,in fact dont go anywhere where I have to interact with people. I can go swimming as sit is what I call a loners sport and no one bother s you. Some day I can go shopping but speak to no one,example,,if I see someone coming towards sme that would kjnhow me 99% of the time I cross the road to avoid them, so it is simply a case of how quick I can get bacl to the safety of my own home. Another example I can do some garden work, but working in front garden people stop and want to chat with you,,,so I had front garden all stoned and I now just potter about in the back garden. Oh lots of things but that is only a couple of exmples. I am on medication for social anxiety and depression. I must admit when filling in the assessment form I was so depressed I did not fill it in properly. I attended the examination with my husband, the waiting room was full of people, so I asked the man if I could sit somewhere else..He said I could sit in reception and they would call me,,cut a long story short,,with nerves and panic I fainted in receptionn, girl got me a glass of water. Eventually my name was called,,I was shaking, stuttering, spilling my water all sort of things...What really annoys me is I was awarded zero points,,,I got a copy of my report [removed]. I am so angry. Result is I now have a form to appeal and this is just going from bad to worse, and advice of help I would be so grateful for. thank you
