Thanks to all at Benefits and work was created by spasm
Hi Benefits and work,
Just a quick note to say thank you for providing a place for all the sick and disabled people of this country to get access to reliable information concerning our benefits, helping us to fill out the forms etc.
I had my esa50 form from atos about 8 weeks ago and last week I got a letter saying I’d been put into the support group I didn’t have a medical they just went on the evidence I supplied with the form, I’m now going to ask how long I’ve been put into this group and any information they obtained from my GP and consultants.
Thanks ones more for all your help.
yours Spasm

Hi s,
That is really good news, thanks for letting us all know.
Thank you very much for your positive comments regarding B&W.
Hopefully, you will have a long prognosis on The SG award.
The longest possible is 3 years.

Hi guys,
Just a quick up-date I asked for evidence why I’d been put into the support group and how long I’d been put in it for.
I received the esa85a form back today and that was all the evidence the dwp had there wasn’t any medical reports or a ESA113
Advice given
My husband’s meets the support group criteria as he has severe functional disability.
Work is unlikely in the longer term
Yours Mrs Spasm
