DLA Renewal deadline was created by H2o
I just picked up a DLA renewal form as i meet the Feb '14renewal criteria. I was told at the office that as I had picked it up before 10th June I had 6 weeks to return it. I thought I might have to return it before the 10th, which I guess means by this Friday. Do I have 2 days or six weeks to get this back?
thanks
thanks

You have six weeks, but it is very important that the DWP receive the form by the return date.
If they do, then the claim will be treated as starting from the issue date on the form and will be processed for DLA, if you do not, then it will be treated as starting from the date it is received, it will then be past the deadline of 10 June and refused, you will then need to make a new claim for PIP.
