Transitional move IB to ESA

Hi,
Just wanted a definitive answer whether I should be taxed on my ESA. I recently was transitionally moved from Pre 1995 IB to contribution based ESA. My final tax code which I received on 27/04/13 is 810L. I was moved over from the 10/10/12.

I'm afraid that ESA is not exempt from tax, even for people who had an exemption on IB. It is covered in this FAQ

My IB was tax exempt; will it still be under ESA?
