"We confirm your decision date was backdated when revising your award."
Thats it as the DWP always keep it short.
Hi C29,
That's a rather vague response, the question is, backdated to when ?
A revised/reconsidered decision can only be backdated to the date of the original adverse decision, and not before that.

It also said the WCA process has been cancelled, again a one liner.
"We have contacted ATOS to cancel the current WCA".

Hi C29,
I think that I would be pushing my M.P. for some assistance here.

ok sorry for delayed reply but its very tough been able to use pc at the exact forum hours.
so a legal representative for me got some further info.
I requested a esa3 form 2 months ago, this they say triggered a early reassessment. They also confirmed my decision date was changed from 24 oct to 21 july when I was moved to SG in january.
The WCA has been cancelled, but they wont give a reason, I think the reason is obvious personally but they dont want to put anything in writing that is an admittance of wrong doing. So thats where it is now, I wont push it anymore unless I have to.
I rang atos to check as well, they said they have no active WCA for me.

Filled Esa form in, sent it back through the MP who asked again why only six weeks since decision. Was then told, OH you didnt need to fill that in, BUT................... it has to be 3 months in between, but I could either leave the form I sent in or fill in another one in 2 weeks as then the 3 months would be up................................................

I just thought they could make a decision on the first one I sent as its a lot to fill in and takes me weeks, as my hands are quite bad.
I dont think they know what theyre doing.....................................
