ESA claim form was created by mistake
Hi, Im posting this on my wifes behalf.
She has received a form to complete to be assessed for transfer from IB to ESA. Due to her inability to type or key because of arthritis in her arms & hands I will fill the form in for her, I am wanting to fill the form in online in a typed version and then print it off and send it, has anyone done it this way or do you know if its acceptable ??? The last thing i want is to do it like this if they require the form to be handwritten. I know it sounds a bit of a silly question but I dont want to do anything that may penalise her changes of success.
Thanks
Mick

Hi Mick,

It is perfectly acceptable to fill in the PDF form and print it out, if that is easiest for you

Using The PDF Version Of The ESA50 Questionnaire

Make full use of our ESA guide when filling in the form and come back to this topic/thread if you have any more questions
