I was just reading the DLA guidance and looking at the index of medical conditions. My condition ( benign spinal tumour) falls into specific back problem and nerve root irritation as the tumour is on the nerve root sheath. I also fall under benign tumours for which there is no evidence and needs to be referred to the DWP medical team.
I would be grateful for clarification as the specific back pain / nerve root ot tumour says it is readonable for progressive deterioration and need for help in the day and night which fits my symptoms.
I have already submitted my firm, but guess I am stressed out by it and seeing guessing my answers!
My claim is two weeks in and I have been notified that they have received it.

I am sorry but we are really not in a position to offer advice where medical conditions are concerned.
