i wonder if anyone can help me please i am 68yrs old and i have to have a medical assessment . i was under the impression that this was only for people of working age . they sent me a claim form to fill in wich i did .and then i got a letter to say a dr would come out and assess me . it said on the form are you getting the right payments . i am quite worried about this does anyone know of any other pensioner this is happening to thank you mitty

As you are 68 you cannot be receiving ESA, so I assume you are talking about DLA or AA? I know that DLA have a 'Right Payment Program' where they randomly select people to review, so that might be what has happened in your case.
