Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explain where everything is

Welcome to Benefits and Work

If this is the GL24 Appeal form then you do not need to go into detail, providing that you intend to supply further information and evidence in the next 3-4 weeks, if not then it may help to expand the information you include.

As this is a Fit for Work Decision then you will not receive the ESA Assessment rate until you have returned the GL24 and supplied a Fit Note covering you from the date that your ESA stopped.

I do not want to overburden you with information but have a look at the following.

Our ESA Appeal guide

www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/help-for-claimants/esa

and the following FAQs

How long do I have to appeal?

How to submit an appeal

ESA medical – what forms to ask for?

Qualifying for the WRAG

Disability Rights UK Factsheet - Appeals and reconsiderations

Preparing for a Tribunal

MOJ Video of ESA Appeals Process and Tribunal

If you have any questions. please reply to this post.

If you're just sending in a GL24, it's not necessary to go into great detail. It's sufficient to say for example " I do not feel that the Decision Maker has considered all the facts of my claim, further information to follow."

PLEASE READ THE SPOTLIGHTS AREA OF THE FORUM REGULARLY, OTHERWISE YOU MAY MISS OUT ON IMPORTANT INFORMATION. Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

thank you for reply.I wish i had found this site earlier.I really need to get this right as i feel i rushed filling in my ESA50.My dear old mum had just died, after illness,c diff &mrsa, moveing to a nurseing home and then dyeing.another form was just what i didn't need.unprepared for funcional, and work capability assement. i feel after reading the decision makers reasons for awarding points are not right as she assumes, and cherrypicks her reasons.I know I have been very nieve, and feel stupid.sorry this is so long!from now on will take on board ALL ADVICE,thanks
