Hi m537,
There is no standard time for hearing about your ESA WCA, once you have returned the ESA50 to ATOS.
We have heard from members where they have heard something within a couple of week, and from others where they have not heard for several months.
Once you have returned the ESA50 to ATOS, and are happy that they have received it, the ball is firmly in their court.
You will continue to receive your current rate of benefit until a decision is made by The DWP DM.
You could of course contact ATOS for an update :
www.atoshealthcare.com/claimants
See, ESA/WCA team contact details on the right.

Hi m537,
Yes, it can seem that way.
The 4 weeks allowed to fill in and return the ESA50 is actual legislation.
How long do I have to complete the ESA50?
