ESA was created by Leonard
On 28/05/2013 in Birmingham at a tribunal I had my appeal,
and the decision was set aside,
and now have been placed in the Employment and Support Allowance with the support component.
What I now need to know is what do I do now,
as I have not yet heard anything from the DWP, I don't know if I need to contact them or just wait for them to send me a letter.
if so how long will I need to wait.

It should take 5-6 weeks for updated payments and back payment to be made.

It is worth checking with the DWP that they have received a copy of the Decision Notice from the Tribunal Service, if they have not then you could fax them a copy. You need to speak to the Payments department, so you will need to get past the ESA call centre staff, they may give you a direct dial number or offer a call back.

Congratulations on the Decision :)

That is good news, thanks for letting us know. I hope that you get your money promptly and DWP leave you in peace for a nice long time!
