One of our friends has offered him if he can come and help to keep an eye on the attendance of the workers who are doing building work. My husband has to do nothing but go and check out once during business hours and maintain a dairy of attendance. If my husband is not feeling well and cannot go to the site, he can call and find out. The main person/friend is busy sorting out other sites and is willing to pay £18 to £20/per week. This can motivate him to go out of the house and feel good for himself. Please can you advice me as your suggestions are appropriate. Thank you.
Hi G,
Permitted Work is allowed whilst in receipt of ESA.
However, only the DWP can decide whether any type of work would be classed as Permitted Work.
