Working my way through your brilliant guides for my child's renewal. I was wondering what the difference is between qualifying for middle or higher care?
I'd thought that the difference was for the higher help was needed at night, but on reading the guides which refer to middle, I'm not now sure

In a nutshell - For MRC the claimant must demonstrate needs during the day or night, for HRC it is day and night.
