Any changes to ESA Regulations 34 & 35 ?

I am sorry to ask this question but as I continue to wait for notice of transfer to ESA, I’m physically and mentally shattered and therefore less able to help myself and other people who are already in the transfer process. I have sight problems and can scarcely read the B & W Guides at the moment.

Have Regulations 34 and 35 been altered in any way since the new ESA 50 was published in January? Is there anything in the pipeline regarding changes in the application of these two key Regulations?
