I am afraid there is no way we can answer this, you need to speak to the DWP for a definitive answer.
I have looked through your previous posts and they suggest you are receiving Income Related ESA because you appear to be receiving an ESA Premium, but I do not know whether this is in whole or in part, so you could just be receiving ESA(IR) or ESA(CB) with an ESA(IR) top-up.

Hi mg,
What group of ESA (WRAG or SG) that you are in, has no bearing on what type of ESA you would be paid (entitled to) (CB ESA or IR ESA)
If any part of your ESA (even a top up due to Disability Premiums as a result of being in receipt of MR or HR Care DLA, or for some other reason) is IR ESA, then there is no 365 day limit to payment, no matter which group you are in.
As you know, there is no 365 day limit whilst in The SG, (whether in receipt of IR ESA or CB ESA) and time spent in The SG does not count against your 365 days entitlement.
It should state on the previous decision notice letters that you should have received, whether or not any part of your ESA is IR ESA.
If it was, and your capital, assets, savings or household income have not altered, then you would still be entitled to IR ESA.

Reading through letters I have from them it says things like "We will credit you with NI contributions while claiming ESA". "The payment of ESA is based on your NI contribution records and any addition amount the law says you need to live on". But at the very end it says "which gives a total IR amount of £181.15".

Yes mg,
It is possible to be in receipt of CB ESA with an IR ESA top-up due to premiums, etc, CB ESA alone, or IR ESA alone.
