Sorry if this has been asked before. If when filling in your esa form that you think your medical condition is covered by exceptional circumstances, do you mention this, or what is the correct procedure

There is no reason why you should not mention it on the form or any attached pages.

Have a look at the ESA Claim Guides for a more detailed explanation of what you will need to cover in any statement in regard to this. There are two Exceptional Circumstances Regulations; one for the WRAG and one for the Support Group.
