He received the appeal papers, two lots, one is his and the other is someone elses,(a data protection issue) When we realised they were not ours, as different bank and private personal things we didnt look anymore as I wouldnt like ours to have gone anywhere else.
I got so stressed thinking that ours could have gone to this other person and we would never know.
I have phoned the HMCTS and we will hand them in when we go to the appeal, but Im concerned that the tribunal will have the correct papers and not someone elses, we dont want to get there and it be adjourned.

Hi ld,
I would not just leave this at a phone call, and would raise your concerns in writing/e-mail to The TS.
You could also contact the person whose papers you have received, to check that they have not received yours, or none at all.
If you wished to, you could also complain to The TS :
Complaining to the Tribunal Service
And/Or your M.P. :
Contacting your MP
It is quite disgraceful that the TS should breech Data Protection legislation in this way.
