: :( I am confused and wondered if anyone could enlighten me?
I have received another Limited capability for work questionnaire, its 11 months since my last one, so I guess Im wondering if I will be panicking each July from now on?
Nothing has changed physically or mentally, however, I see the questionnaire is slightly elusive in the limited answers?
I am just aghast and in mini breakdown again as I know what is ahead.
I don't think I can cope with this and wondered if I will be removed from the Support group due to some time scale or whether its just the norm to have to do this each year?

It is a prime feature of the recent welfare reforms that every claimant will undergo periodic reviews. As a result of this, every ESA award will also have a 'prognosis' which will guide the date of the next reassessment. This can be anything from 3 months up to 2 years (WRAG) or 3 years (Support Group).

You should treat every assessment as a new one, do not assume that DWP will have, or refer to, any information relating to your condition. You can fill in the PDF version of the ESA50 form, that means that you will have less to do next time round! If your condition is unchanged from last time, you should also show how/why you have not adapted to your limitations.

If you have further questions as you go along, please come back and ask them on this topic/thread. You will find it easily in future if you bookmark it, or make it a favourite on your web-browser, now :)

Just to add to the advice already given, the ESA Descriptors and Regulations were updated in January, so you should make sure that you are using the latest guides.
