i want to share my experience with you through my efforts to claim esa,but the moderators wont let me post my story and the owner of the site has ignored my email i sent to him

You wanted to post the full content of a complaint letter to the DWP about your claim, this is not appropriate content for the forum.
We can offer no comment on the contents of such a letter and cannot allow it to be a discussion topic with other member, the post contained no questions about your claim, it did not raise a problem with your claim, and it certainly did not provide the result of your claim, so it met none of the criteria for posting.
We are more than happy to offer advice in regard to any difficulties you are having with your claim, but you need to raise them in a format that is acceptable for the forum, these rules are there to protect you as much as anything else, this forum can be read by visitors and the contents can be retrieved by all the major search engines.
