It transpires that my assessment is somewhere in the audit trail, the precise word used was 'corrected' when i asked about what the problem was. Quite how it needs to be corrected without me present is a question that remains unanswered.


I'm afraid it's not unusual for medical assessments to be 'altered' when the Medical Assessor gets back to the office. It's being going on for years.

See this case for example, which I represented in 2006. The Tribunal refused to accept the altered report and her DLA was restored. Errors block benefits to disabled

Good to see your picture, and important article- if people's self-assessment tax forms were altered in this way.....

They're unlikely to be *medical* assessors nowadays, surely? ATOS PIP info that I saw on-line referred to physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nurses and doctors.

They are all health professionals, so now referred to as Health Care Professionals (HCP) both by ATOS and Capita.
