It is becoming increasingly common for Tribunal results to be posted out for the next day, they are running back to back sessions and a lot of the admin is being pushed to the end of the day, hopefully you will receive the notification tomorrow and it will be in your favour.

RG wrote: Well I am not surprised I lost my appeal. I couldn't get anyone to go with me in support. I took my wife who told them all about her illnesses and really got in the way as I feared. It is sad that in this day and age it is impossible to get a little help. So it is batten down the hatches for 12 months until I get my old age pension. I am disgusted by the whole process and I wish anyone in a similar position the very best of luck. I have several long term illnesses which are chronic so if I don't qualify for support it is god help the rest of you. I won't be posting again there is no point goodbye.
Sorry to hear this.
Providing more than six months have elapsed since the last Decision, not the Tribunal one, then you can make a new claim for ESA. I cannot track your posts far enough back to see whether you were transferred from another benefit, but if you were and possibly even if you were not, given the timescale, it may well have to be for Income Related ESA, subject to the means test.
You can also look at appealing the Tribunal Decision is you think that there has been an Error of Law
What is an Error of Law?
The first stage of this is to request a written Statement of Reasons.

It is such a shame that the Tribunal panel did not politely tell your wife that it was only your health they were only interested in hearing about. I do not know if the Tribunal are allowed to do that or if it has to be the claimant that tells the person to be quite.
I wish you lots of luck for the future.
