I have subscribed twice had confirmation and yet can not access the members only site . I have subscribed twice because disregarding confirmation emails and my bank statement showing I have paid the computer says I haven't paid and constantly refers me back to the subscriptions page I have sent numerous emails asking for assistance can any one advise me how to open up the members only information.
