I wrote asking for them to reconsider and was then given Full Mobility and Intermediate Care with no other contact, no ATOS etc
On my previous attempt I jumped through hoops, had ATOS and Tribunal and was still refused.
Many thanks

Well first of all, congratulations

It sounds like there was sufficient detail on your claim form and anything you attached for them to award DLA, I can only assume that the first Decision Maker, did not do a very good job and the second (Reconsideration), thought you met the requirements.

Hi CG,
Congratulations on the successful reconsideration, thanks for letting us know.

It is not always necessary to provide further information or further medical evidence to be successful.
At reconsideration, a different more senior DWP DM will review your claim.
