in receipt of pension was created by Graham
I've just received my ESA50 but I am 60 in September and will be then in receipt of a pension of £300 a week. I know that I can earn £85 in pension before my benefit is reduced at 50p per £1 received.
My question is does this relate to WRAG only or does it also include those in the suppirt group? If its the latter is there any point in my returning the ESA50?
I just don't want them to think they have bullied me out. but for £1-2 a week benefit its a lot of aggro

The group you are in is irrelevant.
For Contribution Based ESA there is an £85/w disregard followed by a £1/w deduction for every £2/w of pension income over the £85/w.
For Income Related ESA I would expect all of the pension to be counted as income.
