I've been on incapacity benefit since 2003. on 8-12-11 my IB was stopped due to the results of my medical in September. I appealed and at the Tribunal on 01-08-12, it was ruled I was entitled to ESA (WRAG), that it should be backdated to 08-12-11 and recommended that I was not assessed again for two years. Since then the only contact I have had from DWP is a reassessment form. I've tried phoning them and they say someone will contact me as they do not know what the delay is. Noone ever phones me back. Any ideas what I should do next? :S

I am going to advise that you get face to face advice

Where to get advice?

There are a number of issues that I believe would be best resolved with the help of expert advice.

Obviously the payment of any outstanding money.

The time limiting of ESA(CB) payments to 365 days for members of the WRAG.

Whether you are also eligible for Income Related ESA and as a consequence any associated benefits.
