Can anyone give me some advice???
I have had 3 referrals with a occupational health advicer from work ,the outcome from these meetingd was i am not medically fit for work however not eligable for retirment through ill health as they hope i can in the future return to work i have been off for 11, i am awaiting for a appointment to see someone regarding cbt, and at this moment in time there is no signs for me getting back to work.
I applied for dla in january 2013 a atos report was complied without a interview or a tepephone conversation the report and my dla where refused however my state of mind was not considered at all in the report

You can appeal the Decision.
How long do I have to appeal?
How to submit an appeal
or make a new claim for PIP.
Both DLA and PIP are awarded for your Care and Mobility needs so you should have a look at the Claim guides for these benefits.
