Depression was created by DaPa

Hi,

I was placed in the support group after my Face to Face on November 6th 2012 for 12 months.

Since this I have been diagnosed with Depression and am taking 150mg of Sertraline a day.
Are there any descriptors that take into account severe depression, if so what section?
