As an example, a UT Decision today will likely relate to an original Decision made in early 2012 which would be under the old Regs. and Descriptors, however, the recent UT Decision in regard to a Physiotherapist assessing claimants with primarily Mental Health issues, was made under the old rules but has applicability under the new ones as well.

So you need to read each UT Decision to see whether it is applicable to your claim, understand what the Decision says and just as importantly, what is does not say.
