hello,i have a tribunal on the 18/09/2013 on the letter they have sent me it state's that the tribunal will be held on the 4th floor and that if you feel that you would be unable to evacuate the premises in the event of an emergency please contact the hms courts & tribunals service to arrange a suitable alternative venue.I originally sent them a e-mail on the 5th &6th of august saying on reading the heading acsessibility & facilities as the tribunal is held on the fourth floor in the case of an emergency i would not be able to use the stairs because of my back and hip impingement which i am waiting to see a specialist on the 28/8/2013 about .i would therefore request a hearing on the ground floor.Although i have sent them two emails they have not answered my request, only sending me a standard reply acknowledging the receipt of the e-mail and nothing about a change of venue.what should i do next???

Phone them, there should be a number on the letter they sent you. If you are unable to do this, then get someone to do it on your behalf, you will need to be present in case there are any security questions, but it should not be an issue.

It may well be that they are already dealing with your request, but you need to make sure.
